Can I take my dog ​​on vacation?

Dogs are not only allowed, they are very welcome.

What are the costs for the dog?

Depending on the size of the apartment we charge a surcharge of €120.00 – €160.00 per stay.
Included is a dog blanket, stainless steel food bowls, dog walking bags and a little surprise for your loyal companion.

What are the shopping options in Kühtai?

In the town center, you will find a small “corner shop.” For larger shopping needs, drive 15 minutes to the village of Gries im Sellrain, or simply use our shopping service! You select items from an online list, and we will do the shopping for you and deliver the items directly to your apartment.

Is the final cleaning included?

Yes. The final cleaning of your booked apartment is included in the price and is not charged separately.

How does the booking process work?

A deposit of 30 percent of the total amount is required immediately to confirm the booking. This can be made either by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will promptly receive the booking confirmation, which guarantees your reservation. The remaining 70 percent of the accommodation costs must be paid 14 days before your planned arrival. After receiving the payment, you will be sent all necessary check-in details, your invoice, and other important information via email. Please ensure that we receive the registration details of all travelers (full name and date of birth) and your vehicle license plate before your arrival.

What are the cancellation conditions?

A free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations made 14 to 30 days before arrival incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount.
From 14 days before arrival, in the case of no-show, or early departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will apply.

Is there a restaurant in the resort?

Our resort does not have its own restaurant. There are several good inns and places to stop for refreshments in Kühtai within walking distance.

How does the check-in process work?

Our resort offers a modern, straightforward self-check-in system. In the lobby, there are two check-in terminals. You will receive your apartment card directly from the terminal after checking in. We will send you the necessary check-in information via email 5-7 days before your arrival. Access to the underground garage is available with your apartment card after checking in. Your apartment will be ready for you from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

How does the check-out process work?

We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. You can only complete the check-out on the booked departure day. Please follow the check-out instructions at the terminal and drop your apartment card into the designated box near the terminals.

How high is the underground garage entrance? How many parking spaces are there per apartment?

The maximum access height is 2.10 meters.
Each apartment has its own underground parking space.
If you are arriving with multiple vehicles, please contact us in advance.

How does the included bread roll service work?

In your apartment, you will find a QR code that you can use to place your bread roll order. On the first morning, you will receive a colorful selection so you can get to know our offerings.

Is there a minimum stay?

Generally our minimum stay is 3 nights.
During holiday periods or high season the minimum stay may increase to 5 to 7 nights.

How is the fitness room equipped?

In our fitness room you will find bicycles, cross trainers and treadmills. We also offer dumbbells, kettlebells in various weight classes from 5 kg to 20 kg as well as exercise mats.

How far is it to the ski area & where can I get my ski tickets?

In our ski-in/ski-out resort in Kühtai, the fun on the slopes starts right outside your door!
You can purchase day or multi-day tickets online or at the ticket offices of the GaisKogelBahn, DreiSeenBahn, HochAlterBahn and StartBahn.

Is there a public sauna or wellness area?

Some of our apartments have their own sauna to make your stay even more relaxing.

What kind of facilities are there for the children?

We offer you extensive toddler equipment free of charge. In your holiday apartment you will find a cot, a high chair and break-proof children’s dishes. We also provide children’s bed linen, a bathrobe and extra soft hooded towels for babies. A diaper pail and a children’s stool are also provided in the bathroom.
